I was in town for a work conference and was able to hit a 6am class at Double Five. Andre and his team were super welcoming. The instruction was top notch. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in town.
While visiting town I dropped in on a Wednesday night NoGi class. Immediately greeted with a smile and made comfortable, great class and instruction by Coach Allen then some super tough and fun rolls after. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. So should you.
