I have only had fantastic service at Eye Story. The woman at the counter is super sweet. I came here with my father who is losing his eyesight. They were very kind to him.

I brought in my prescription from my eye doctor in another state and got new glasses so quickly, and I love them. They have a wide array of Korean frames, that fit wide faces and a flat nose bridge. I also got a pair of sunglasses that actually sit on my nose and not my cheeks, and the right shape for my face. This is surprisingly hard to find!

Great quality, fast service. Within an hour (more like 20 minutes) I had exactly what I needed and saved 100s. I needed lenses for special frames that were purchased abroad. They have the hyper precision cutting machine onsite, the one that all the big box stores farm out and charge you a bundle for. There was a great selection of frames there as well. I will be a return customer and have told my family and friends this place is a hidden gem.

I have been coming here to get my glasses for some years. The crazy thing is that the korean frames are soo durable and comfortable that despite also owning raybn and oakly frames, i always end up wearing my inexpensive kaross glasses. Also, their prices are affordable, i can get 3 pairs of different styles and color for the price of a designer brand pair. The people I have talked to there have been very polite and friendly to me and my family in all my visits. So I always share this store when my friends ask me where I got my glasses after they complement them. ?
