HOT outside!!!! Air stopped working yesterday. Service ll had installed it 8 yrs ago. Called this AM. Left message. Was sure I was going to wait forever ( lots of air conditions stop in this heat!!). NOT!! Lois called me right back. Very nice & efficient. John arrived this AM & fixed within 40 mins. Working great. Great customer service. TY Service ll.
The Technicians that installed my furnace and AC unit did a great job and we're very courteous and professional during the install and clean up. I have had a service contract for many years with this company. The techs are knowledge scheduling service is a breeze too.
My A/C finally quit working last week.
Scheduled an install on both a/c furnace ( both almost 30 years old)
We scheduled the date and time. They were ontime and installed both units quickly and efficiently. Very happy with job and results.
