Had to go back to pick up a new antibiotic for my sick gals. All 3 senior cats are passing something around. Biscotti has urine infection, Kitty has stomach problems so loose p*** in litter box and on towels covering my carpeting and Shortcake is a mystery. I love that the Vet followed up on our visit and prescribed a new medication.

We've been taking our two dogs here for years now but recently the wait to see a vet has gotten out of control. Two hours to see a vet on a Friday morning is unacceptable and for some reason NAM won't take appointments. We're sad to leave but we'll be taking our dogs elsewhere.

The Best Quick service I've ever had. It's walk-in only and thankful for that. I went to another clinic- Animal care center of Plainfield emergency(The worst service they say 24 /7 emergency NOT the case they say we don't take anyone until eight) So , I decided all together change of plan after waiting an hour and a half in my car to go to Naperville animal hospital. The BEST customer service I've ever had. Everyone was amazing and thank you so Much for seeing Winston. Dr. Miabella was incredible and great with him. Very clean and was out in 10 minutes with anabiotic in hand. Everyone thank you!
