“If I could give Maurice more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! As first-time home buyers, we found ourselves in a stressful situation when our previous lender left us in the middle of our offer being accepted. We were terrified we were going to lose the home we had fallen in love with.
Maurice stepped in without hesitation and completely turned everything around. Within just a few hours, he had my husband approved and ready to move forward, allowing us to get under contract on our very first home. His knowledge, professionalism, and sense of urgency truly saved our home purchase.
From start to finish, Maurice made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As first-time home buyers, we had countless questions, and he was always quick to respond, took every phone call, and made sure we understood every step of the process. We never felt rushed or left wondering what came next.
Thanks to Maurice, we successfully closed on our first home, and he made our first-time home buying experience an incredible one. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything he did to help make our dream of homeownership come true.
His customer service is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about his clients. We would recommend Maurice in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a lender who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond.
Thank you, Maurice, for making our dream of becoming first-time homeowners a reality!”
