It was not easy to find an independent inspecting firm that performed comprehensive home energy audits. Most firms are insulation of other home services companies that inspect as a side business or, I suspect, in order to sell their services. Insight Property Services is exactly that independent firm I was seeking, and I was not disappointed. The real proof of their value was in the remediations recommended and the general agreement with those recommendations by the firms I sought out to do those remediations. Every contractor that reviewed Insight's report was impressed with the thoroughness and accuracy of the work. Recommended without reservation.

Tom is an ultimate professional and gave us so much confidence in our purchase. He was incredibly helpful, I can’t imagine making our house purchase without his insight. He went above and beyond to help us as first time home buyers understand the house and things he was seeing. Highly recommend Tom and team.

Joe is incredible. His knowledge is unbeatable and combine that with his attention to detail and there's no reason to go anywhere else for a home inspection. I did one 10 years ago that ended up with us not buying the house due to what Joe found. We were very thankful for that. He just did another for me last week and it's been super helpful again. Thankfully this transaction should go through! Seriously folks, trust this business with your business and you will be so grateful you did.
