This is just about a year late but I highly recommend Emerson’s home inspection service! We were looking for a home inspector very last minute and he was super responsive and willing to accommodate our tight schedule. He was thorough, detailed, and gave us a great recommendation on what should be replaced/upgraded in our home before we closed. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to get some major and much needed improvements before we bought our home.What stood out the most, however, is that he got a flat tire coming from another inspection and he still was able to get a ride and come help us with ours afterwords. We had an inspection done by Emerson, very knowledgeable and definitely takes his time inspecting every detail! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire someone for a home inspection!

Very much (for all the good reasons) detailed, helpful, knowledgeable, talkative, reasonable.... no bad news here what so ever!!Most definitely recommend. If you want to know your home inside and out, no one better than this person.
