I received a solid referral from my friend and reached out to this company for the installation of a radon reduction system. It took a little while to get in touch with Dave, the owner of this family-owned business. However, once contacted, Dave promptly arranged for an inspection. Following that, he quoted me a very competitive price for the project, with an additional $100 discount on the sump pump lid since I had crafted a good one myself. I felt confident in Dave's expertise and the quality of work discussed while going over the project details. When the project commenced, two workers arrived and executed the job professionally. I was pleased, and after a brief check of the work, I tipped them $80. However, after they left, I realized that they had accidentally broken the glass inspection window on the lid. I reported this to Dave, who apologized for the oversight and offered to allow me to repair it, deducting the repair cost from the total bill. Honestly, this is the first time I've received a refund on a handyman service. I genuinely believe Dave is an honest businessman who truly values his customers. The radon reduction has been effective; the radon level has now dropped from close to 4 to less than 0.5. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with Dave's service. I am a realtor myself, unfortunately I have seen many badly installed radon systems, so I was concerned about who to go with for my house. Dave's company was recommended to me by my realtor friend who used the company many times. Brandon and Cody came to my house this morning to do the radon system. I am beyond impressed with their hard work. Brandon and Cody took their time to make sure that I was happy with the places of the pipes. Their work was like art! They are very knowledgeable & informative, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
