And this (was only way home warranty would cover per that plumber). After almost canceling warranty they sent you guys for. 2nd opinion even after escalation dept closed my claim. Terrence was amazing and thorough. He not only quickly rodded the clog, he made sure it didn’t block up down the way! He cleaned up after himself and made sure we didn’t have any questions.
