“I took my daughter to Evolve after she was diagnosed with torticollis at 2 months old. From birth, my daughter had been only looking to her right and would only sleep on her right side, which caused the right side of her head to become flat. She was also showing signs that her neck was bothering her and that she was experiencing discomfort. Dr. Delphine came up with an adjustment plan to correct my daughter's torticollis as well as help reshape her head without a helmet. Dr. Delphine explained that a helmet would help correct the shape of my daughter's head, but it would not help correct the root cause that was making her neck tight and causing her discomfort. She also gave me many tips to do at home to help her. A few weeks after Dr. Delphine began working with my daughter, she already was showing significant improvement with how she could move her neck, and now at 5 months, she sits up straight and easily turns her head in both directions. Her head is now also perfectly symmetrical, without ever having to use a helmet. I am very impressed with the results that Dr. Delphine helped us achieve, and I highly recommend her. I am so happy she was able to help heal my daughter so that this did not cause her issues later in life.“

“Today was my 3rd visit with Dr. Cress. I was an athlete from 5 to 30 years old. I broke my foot in 2019 and then covid hit so I finally was able to rest my body. In this rest my body finally stopped actively hurting and was replaced by a dull ache. I took this as a sign that being active was bad, if after 20 years of chiropractic visits to the old style of cracking a back and sending me on my way didnt help then this was the new normal. 3 weeks after starting this new journey I have been taught how/why I'm in pain. I've been taught that the problem was never my back, but actually my hips. Had some minor issues, and he told me if I feel good the next day, just call when I need to come in. So many out there try to get you to do twice a week for six weeks and so on.
