This was the first time I had utilized the services of the Legacy Group and I am extremely impressed. The 2 inspectors were professional, thorough and patient. They answered every question and made sure that I was well informed of both issues and non- issues. I highly recommend their services without reserve!

I had a wonderful experience with Legacy Inspection. They were able to make an appointment quickly. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease with the purchase of our new home. He and his colleague explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me their honest opinion of the condition of the house. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Legacy Inspection Group highly enough! Both Dave Catanese and Dave Ritter are exceptional in terms of their knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail. They performed such a thorough inspection for us, explaining every step that they were taking and helping us to understand every aspect of the inspection process. They provided an outstanding, highly detailed report (complete with many photos—very helpful!) and truly went “above and beyond” to give us confidence in the excellent condition of our new home.
