Excellent, comprehensive inspection. The inspector was a superb communicator both in person and in written follow-up. All processes can be improved, but I can’t come up with any needing improvement with Dunsing’s service.The written report is exceptionally clear and well organized.
Brett was very thorough. He followed up the day prior to ask if we had any concerns on items for the inspection. He had good follow through in answering questions from his report. I'd recommend Brett or use him again.
Dunsing did great work and I spent the entire inspection with my home inspector. He did a great job explaining what he saw and answering my questions. They found several important issues that were key parts of our negotiations with the seller. Dunsing was worth every penny and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
