John was super friendly and easy to work with! I had a quick closing on a home and John made it a priority to inspect my new house despite several frustrating back & forths coordinating utilities with the seller, and despite a family sporting event planned for the same days! John's inspection and his documentation we're both very thorough. Thanks John!

John was highly recommended to me by a real estate agent. He was able to respond promptly to my request for an inspection on a rental property and was able to perform the work a few days later. He went over critical issues after the inspection and followed up with well-written inspection report the next day. He was also very responsive with my follow-up questions asked by myself and by the tenants.
