“arranged for them to do a move out clean for our old rental and it was the right call. landlord was the type to nitpick everything for the deposit so i wasn't messing around. they hit the inside of the oven, the fridge, all the baseboards, every window track which i didn't even know was a thing people cleaned. fans got wiped, vents got wiped, cabinets inside and out. place looked emptier and cleaner than when we got the keys honestly. took them most of the day with two people on it. quote matched what i paid which is rare. got my full deposit back with zero pushback from the landlord which basically paid for the cleaning itself. would book them again for a regular service once we're settled in the new house. easy to reach when i had a question about scheduling too, no waiting around for a callback“

“Dave was awesome! He personally oversaw our install & triple checked everything. The issues involved in our water, essentially made it non-drinkable! AERUS did their thing! Now we have a R/O system with the tastiest water. This was no easy feat. The system isn’t an eye sore and easy to maintain. Dave gave us his personal cell, allowing us to call anytime. Our next call to Dave will be an invite to dinner. He’s our new best friend ?“

The kitchen floor didn’t look completely clean in spots, and I personally hate it when someone unplugs a clock, plugs it back in, but doesn’t reset the click. Particularly annoying when there was another plug they could have used. I know that’s just me, though.“
