Ryan gave us a 2–3-day estimate, but his team finished everything in just one day. I’ll admit that I was skeptical that the job could be done well that quickly, so I called Ryan to share my concerns. After seeing the finished work, I realized I was completely wrong.

Even more importantly, Jaime and his crew did fantastic work. They were there every morning, cleaned up every night, and were very communicative whenever a complication arose or there was a decision to be made.

The team’s flexibility was also fantastic. We ended up having to divide the project into two parts. Dominic was in weekly contact during the construction pause; and despite the complication, each portion of the project was delivered within the original time estimates.
