Although the sales process can be slow, the overall experience is positive, making it a suitable place for business. The service department employs a Polish-speaking advisor, Jessica, who provides excellent service, addressing customers' questions and concerns with care. The dealership is also praised for its ability to quickly find the desired vehicle model and provide a great deal, as noted by a satisfied customer.
I would like to thank the wonderful Jaylene who coordinated with the equally dedicated Audi technicians to resolve the camera issues that plagued my Q8. If the technician hadn't noticed the fault at the time of my Q8's service I would have been extremely annoyed if I had experienced the problem after collecting the car. In order to fix the fault they had to liaise with Audi Europe and it took them over 2 weeks to resolve the problem, during that time they had to order new wiring and camera's etc to rectify the issue. Since that time I have only experienced one glitch with the camera's which resolved itself the next time I used the car.

After scheduling an appt for service over the phone I didn't feel comfortable coming in because of the experience i had with the BDC department, but when i got there I asked for a servis advisor that speaks Polish so I can feel more comfortable and luckily there was one, Jessica, she made my service experience great, she was very kind, helpful, she went thru all my questions and concerns, explained everything, took care of me and my RS5 perfectly 👌. I highly recommend her. And thank you to the technician.
Kudos to Vaden for helping us out! Our previous car was in a car accident and he was able to find us the same model with an even better package the very same day. Thank you guys at Audi Morton Grove for getting us an amazing deal!
