While I have only interacted with Michelle(she’s amazing by the way!) all staff members are incredibly welcoming and friendly and love assisting/helping. I get the hydrofacial and absolutely love how my skin feels afterwards! I got a lash lift as well and really enjoyed the look it gave my natural eyelashes! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality facial, massage, wax, etc? they really do it all! Last thing before I write a novel, I truly love that it seems every month they have something going on. In December they had a red carpet event, January was vision boards, and February has an event as well! I like that they invite their customers to these events to chill and relax and bring in the new year with goals and such! They truly care about their customers and it shows with the hard work they put in! I’d give 10 stars if I could as I can’t speak highly enough about this business! Yesterday.I get reflexology from Lisa every week. She is AMAZING. So skilled. VERY chill. She is SO great at "reading the vibe."I struggled with panic attacks back in 2020 when my husband was in the hospital with severe Covid. I hadn't really struggled with them since. For some reason a panic attack came on yesterday when I was with Lisa. She was SO aware of my mannerisms and asked if I was ok. I started crying and told her I felt a panic attack. She immediately did everything to comfort me. She even got ON THE FLOOR to stay in contact when I needed to sit up. I felt short of breath. She started pressing on respiratory pressure points. I kept apologizing. She told me not to apologize. Finally I laid on my side and felt better.I know this is a long story. But Lisa demonstrated a REAL focus on wellness. She was a true professional and demonstrated compassion and care for another human being during a very vulnerable time.Lisa is a true asset to Salternative Spa. And I'll be a member as long as they are in business!“

I was really long overdue for a haircut and it was quite depressing looking being so long and damaged not to mention the grey hairs. What a difference a hair cut makes. She even liked the difference and made me feel good about having the grey hairs . In her words I can embrace the greys a lot better now then the before look. It really meant a lot hearing that, I need that encouragement.
