I've been visiting Salternative Spa for a few months and am a member. I am thrilled with the environment and the wonderful staff. I want to share my experience from my appt. Yesterday.I get reflexology from Lisa every week. She is AMAZING. So skilled. VERY chill. She is SO great at "reading the vibe."I struggled with panic attacks back in 2020 when my husband was in the hospital with severe Covid. I hadn't really struggled with them since. For some reason a panic attack came on yesterday when I was with Lisa. She was SO aware of my mannerisms and asked if I was ok. I started crying and told her I felt a panic attack. I went to do silicone cupping last week with Sandy and she was INCREDIBLE!!! normally I don't leave reviews but this place is amazing! The setting was lovely and calming definitely set the mood! I had a insane huge muscle knot for almost 5 months and was recommended this place and to try cupping from a friend and it's definitely worth it! The pain I lived with for 5 months after just ONE 1 hour session with sandy and my pain is gone! Definitely will he coming back! Highly recommend her !!!!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I love it. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah for massage. I have never experienced a masseuse who is able to relieve my extreme back/sciatic pain in SUCH a gentle manner. I went in last week limping and walked out normal with hardly any pain. She is truly gifted. Normal prices are high but the membership is very reasonable, highly recommend :)
