I contacted John on a referral from another contractor about installing a new AC unit. John came out the next day to provide a free estimate. He was professional and thorough. A week later our AC was installed. John and his team member worked over 12 hours non-stop on a complex and laborous installation involving a shallow and hot attic. Schnell came out same day following an air conditioner issue. After an hour or so of diagnostic and troubleshooting, things are back up and running. Great local heating and air conditioning company.
