“My husband and I had the privilege of renting a townhome at Townhomes at Northwest Pointe through Don Dolan Homes for five years, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end.
During our entire time there, maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the staff was always professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about keeping the property in great condition. We always felt valued as tenants.
When my husband’s military-related job transfer required us to move, Don Dolan Homes honored the military clause in our lease without any issues. That support made a stressful transition so much easier, and we were truly grateful for their understanding and professionalism.
A special thank you to Jeff, who was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout all five years we lived there. He made the move-out process simple, smooth, and stress-free, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for us.
If you’re looking for a place to rent with landlords who are honest, responsive, and truly care about their tenants, I highly recommend Don Dolan Homes and Townhomes at Northwest Pointe. We are thankful for the wonderful experience and would gladly rent from them again.”
