We really enjoy living at Highland Pointe. The apartments are new and modern and so spacious. The team at Dolan Homes is super responsive, if you have a question or issue, they are on it and fix things immediately. I can’t say enough good things from the sales team helping you find the right apartment (thanks, Jeff) to the team and folks that keep the properties looking clean and beautiful. My wife and I have lived in the Dolan Townhomes for three years and are currently enjoying our fourth year residing in this safe, friendly living community. Rather you are a young family raising children, or downsizing as retirees, Dolan Homes is the right living environment for you. The Dolan Townhomes are spacious, well kept, and clean. By far one of the best living communities in the Quad Cities!
