The home buying experience can be very exhausting and frustrating at times. Dealing with the right people can make a huge difference. I spent 2 years trying to find the right home. It wasn't until I met the right person that I was able to finally find what I needed. Damon VanRycke was patient knowledge and great to work with. I never take the time to write reviews I usually never have anything nice to say. Lol but Damon VanRycke earned my respect and is who you should call if you want the right help.
Stefanie Burmahl was great to work with even my spouse was happy and when she's happy I'm happy. Before talking to Stefanie I was talking with someone else that seems like she didn't want to help, the places we seen wasn't what we was asking for, but few words with Stefanie she had a list and times set. Thank you Stefanie again I highly recommend.
She was a life saver for us!! We sold our house while out of state and she made it easy! I contacted her after a friend recommended her and within 3 weeks we accepted an offer!! I can’t say enough about her!
