Purchasing a home for the first time can be a challenge for any buyer who may not be familiar with the ins and outs of the process. The stress associated with all of the many variables to consider is overwhelming to say the very least. I decided to work with a realtor because I definitely needed some assistance in finding a home that will fit my individual requirements while staying within my budget. From the very start, Darcy was extremely helpful and patient with me as those needs were quite specific.
