Excellent customer service! I went to 4 different stores prior to my visit. Another store tried to convince me a belt that I knew wouldn't work would be fine. I declined. I went to Kirby the gentleman was so kind, he was looking through his inventory, we couldnt find a belt with the exact part number, so he cut me a deal on 2 he thought would work and said if they didnt bring in my vacuum and they would install it with one that would work. I traveled 25mins to get here and will continue with future visits and tell friends! What a great interaction!

Steven was absolutely fabulous! If I could give him 10/5 stars I would! He was so caring, efficient, and knew what he was talking about! He went above and beyond to fix my grandmother’s vacuum! Found a new cord, hose, and gave it full tune up! This Kirby had been passed down and is over 50 years old, he fixed it right up for her! Amazing turn around! He fixes more than just Kirby vacuums! I will definitely be back and give him my business any day! I couldn’t recommend this place more!
