“Pro JP took off our old roof and put on a new one, and the difference from the curb is bigger than I expected. We picked a darker shingle and it really suits the house. The part that mattered most to me is what happened after. We used to get a stain showing up on the hallway ceiling every time we got a stretch of hard rain, and since the new roof went on that hasn't come back at all, even through a couple of nasty storms. They redid the flashing at the chimney and it looks solid up there. Water actually runs off where it should now instead of pooling near the edge. The whole job was clean and the lines up top look straight from every angle I've checked. When they wrapped up one of them walked me around the outside and pointed out what they'd done and what to keep an eye on down the road. What I paid matched the number they quoted me, no surprises tacked on at the end. So far I've got nothing to complain about and the roof has been dry as can be.”
