There was very poor communication. When the roof was installed. There was serious damage to the siding that was down played, as well as blaming how the pervious roof was installed. The whole idea of the roof replacement was for improvement and enhance the appearance of my home, that did not happen. I was charged for work that was not DONE. There was a line item for remove and reset gutters and downspouts. Was told that they never do that, but they loosen gutters to install the drip edge angle, because it goes behind the gutter. I will never use them again the agent they sent out Darrell was terrible he gave me one price after looking at my garage then came out to finalize the contract and changed the price. Then after they changed the price AmeriPro had the workers start the job tearing down my roof and change the price again. I am too disappointed with how they operate. I am a senior and I felt I was taken advantage of.

They came out rushed along the job I don't have a straight gutter left on my house ...There is wood they didn't replaced they hid and covered up that can only be seen from the attic ... now all my vynil corner peices are slit you can see the flashing ... there was a license plate used to fix and repair a corner of the eyebrow ... the ice and water metal shield is not cut properly and is tore up in some areas and mangled on my corner edges ..... I have had companies come out and it's 5 k to fix all these issues you won't get a dime from me ill see you in court.
