I especially appreciated that he recommended waiting until spring for the installation to ensure proper shingle adhesion rather than simply trying to get the job immediately. He also pointed out that the existing copper pans in our valleys were still in excellent condition and could be reused, which saved us unnecessary expense.

Before leaving, Chad provided a detailed proposal and informational packet. As I compared multiple roofing bids, I found Lang's proposal to be one of the most thorough and complete. The scope clearly addressed important details such as flashing, ice and water shield, ventilation, and the integration of the existing copper pans. Those details gave me confidence that the roof would be installed correctly and built to last.

Lang Home was not the lowest-priced bid we received, but after comparing multiple proposals, it was the company that gave me the greatest confidence the job would be done right.

When spring arrived, Chad contacted us to schedule the work. He was on site several times during the two-day installation, coordinating with the crew and making sure everything stayed on track. The crew worked hard from early morning until dark both days to complete the project.

The cleanup was thorough, the communication was excellent, and the finished roof looks great.

He also inspected my inside damage and noticed that I had damage more than I thought. He helped get approval for my claims. After approving the workers arrival was right on time. “Sam came by, as he was in the area, to see if we wanted him to check our roof for damage. He checked it and said there was hail damage and offered to put a claim in with our insurance. I asked him if they do siding and windows and was told they do everything. He put in a request for an estimate on windows and siding and a couple days later Matt came by to measure for windows and siding on the second floor. The insurance handled the roof. They started tearing off the roof on Tuesday September 16 and also finished it the same day. They started on the Windows on the top floor the same day and finished the windows on the back of the house. On Wednesday the 17th, they replaced the windows on the front of the house. There was so much damage to the wall outside under our bedroom window, a new wall had to be built before the new window could be put in. By Saturday the 20th the siding was put on. This company was great to work with! They covered everthing, moved plant containers as needed, cleaned up every day they were here, and answered questions when we had them. We have more work to be done and will definitely have them again!“
