Pro JP took off our old roof and put on a new one, and the difference from the curb is bigger than I expected. We picked a darker shingle and it really suits the house. The part that mattered most to me is what happened after. We used to get a stain showing up on the hallway ceiling every time we got a stretch of hard rain, and since the new roof went on that hasn't come back at all, even through a couple of nasty storms. pro jp did our roof and im really no regrets going with them. the quote came in reasonable and they broke everything down so i knew what i was paying for. no pressure at all during the estimate. when the day came the crew rolled up early and got right to it. tear off was quick, they had a dumpster set up and kept most of the mess contained. the new shingles look sharp and the color matches the house better than i expected from the sample. they redid the chimney flashing and the vents too. one of the guys walked me around at the end to show me what they did and made sure i was happy before they packed up. yard was clean, no nails in the grass that i found. the office was...read full review
we kept getting a leak in the kitchen ceiling that turned out to be coming from a bad pipe boot, not the shingles like i thought. pro JP came out same week, climbed up, found it pretty quick. replaced the boot, checked the surrounding shingles, resealed a couple spots that looked sketchy. charged me what the quote said, nothing extra. been dry through two big storms since. wish i had called them sooner instead of putting a bucket up
