“I did not use this vet because they were too busy, but they did tell me of another vet mallards point that had openings that day. I was in a panic and an emergency. Thank you so much to Minooka animal Hospital. I’m sorry I could not come to you, but I do appreciate you referring me to Mallard point I cannot thank you enough and I’m sure you’re a great vet, please keep caring”
“I recently made the switch to Crest Hill Animal Hospital and am so glad I did! Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. Dr. Z was so knowledgeable and confident in her information she was relaying to me and it gave me so much assurance in what was actually going on with my dog. Thank you guys for caring!”
“Rally loved them! We just found out hes diabetic and they were so helpful and so nice!”
