Karlene is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Her services are affordable and fair. It took me awhile to get my documentation in order. However, Karlene was nothing but patient and kind the whole time.

This was my first year going with a tax professional. Karlene was super great with all my emails and phone calls asking questions.
