Starting off 2026 like this? I can't believe it!!!
I witnessed a patient being treated poorly at the front desk while simply asking questions about her insurance. She became visibly upset before alternative options were finally offered, which could have been provided from the beginning. I hope she was ultimately able to receive proper care.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. When I asked about my insurance, Trista at the front desk did not clearly explain the situation. I was told I needed to pay $70 and could not be seen, even though my insurance is active and in good standing. I asked for reassurance, but instead felt dismissed.

When the doctor came in, she was also surprised to see Trista at the front desk handling my case. I understand front desk staff have a busy role, but it’s important to provide accurate information and clear guidance to patients rather than directing them to pay upfront or leave.
