Undoubtedly the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Always having issues getting prescriptions filled or refilled. Always blaming it on doctors. Or not getting necessary information. Never had issues with CVS and yes I had the same doctors then. If I could change pharmacies I would but because of insurance I'm stuck with Walgreens in Mchenry

Either the store cannot staff, which can question management. Or The staff have very little training due to numerous customers in LONG LINES DUE TO LONG TIMES. How long in time? Over 20 minutes+. I suppose time is relative for everyone. Do you think over 20 minutes for picking up pre-ordered prescriptions is long? Something needs to change.
