I wanted to review my latest service experience call with Embrich Plumbing company. My water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. After the install, installers ran into some issues with the water heater not venting properly and safely (this was no fault of Embrich's - just unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances.) Unfortunately this was late afternoon on a Friday, and after trying everything they could think of (including calling in one of their HVAC employees who stayed for over an hour), they had to leave with the water heater off for safety reasons. Knowing I needed hot water as soon as posible, Embrich employees worked Friday evening and even on Saturday to help me get the help I needed (chimney sweep services.) We eventually got everything working properly and safely. While the install did not go 100% perfectly (again - no fault of Embrich's), everyone on the team worked hard to do what they could to help with the install and to communicate with me as the customer to make sure I understood the situation and was satisfied with the install and their employees' efforts. I wanted to commend everyone at Embrich for helping me to resolve this situation safely and as quickly as possible - this includes installers (Cody, Ben), HVAC (Malcom) front office staff (Courtney, Bonnie), and service managers (Damon, Isaac) - sorry if I left anyone out. It's great to work with a company that truly cares about their customers and their needs - highly recommended!

As always, Valerie was wonderful. Even though I have only been seeing her for a short time, she really knows how to deal with my stressed out hair. We have good discussions s about what we can do with my hair based on the condition of it at that time, and what would be best for it too. I feel very lucky to have decided to try Sweven Salon, and met Valerie. It's hard to find someone you trust with your hair, especially when you don't have a lot of it....but I've found the one!!

We have a 1.5 story with knee wall attics and it is much more comfortable now after having it air sealed and insulated. The upper floor is not hot anymore and we've needed to set the thermostat at a warmer temp or it gets too cool. That's a nice problem to have when you couldn't get it cool enough before. The basement isn't really cold anymore and there aren't the hot/cold spots in different rooms that we used to have.The team was great. Jim inspected the house and came up with the plan and Chris put the plan in place. The guys were there every day for some long hot days and always checked in morning and evening to let me know where things were at. Their attention to detail was impressive and they also cleaned up inside and out (no messes). Reliable and nice guys (that's hard when you've been in a 150 degree attic for days). We are very happy with Guaranteed Comfort. Thank you!

Courtney was phenomenal!! It had been some a little over a year since my last wax and she made me feel right at home as I was nervous about the pain. She made everything pain less (obviously most Brazilians you will have some pain but I didn’t experience as much as I expected). She was bubbly and fun to talk with and paid good attention to detail ensuring no hair was left behind! Thank you again Courtney can’t wait for my next apt!
Over the year's I've been to physical therapy and rehab more then a few times. This by far was the best experience I have ever had. From my initial evaluation to the treatment twice a week for a month was not just how my situation improved but the educational aspect was excellent ! My therapist was Angela Succarotte. Each session she not only work with me physically but explained in depth the cause and effect it would have on my future physical well-being. For this I'm most greatful. Ronnie who did my initial evaluation and ending evaluation was very personable, caring and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you

Great job painting outdoors at my home. Prep work was thorough and they took great care to protect landscaping and other nearby surfaces. My garage door looks new, a retaining wall refresh improved it 100 percent. Painters were very professional.

Dr. Rana is warm, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The pediatric medical assistant we typically see there is also very kind and knowledgeable.However, at our last visit, the training MA blamed me for incorrectly measuring my son’s height and did his booster shot incorrectly and painfully. She seemed completely foreign to the field of pediatrics.
I just had my first massage by Jay and he is a magician a true professional and an outstanding therapist! I had a deep tissue which I've never had before and though it was intense it was much needed and therapeutic and I recommend it to everyone that is suffering any type of pain. I will continue to see him to get the kinks out but even after that I will continue to see him for a normal massage. He is by far the most outstanding therapist I've ever been to!
