I've found the staff to be caring, maybe there is new staff from when the person two years ago was here. They remember my medical concerns and are careful with me. Both Dr. Schuler and Courtney take their time to listen and provide solutions. I've seen a lot of bad doctors out there, you are in far better hands here. I just watched an older gentleman have trouble getting up and the nurse asked if he was ok and offered help, he declined, but she had a big smile on her face.A star is dropped because their phone system is horrid. Sometimes I get a fax machine or sometimes I'm stuck in a call loop and can never get anyone. Other times I get right to someone. Inconsistent...read full review
