I have been working with Dr Brad for a while now and I am amazing with the results I have gotten from working with him. Whenever we have encountered any issues, they take care of us. Although most summons allow for a 30-day service period, they typically complete service well before that deadline. We would definitely recommend their services.

I went to Jamie for a scalp ritual & haircut. She actively listened to all my scalp concerns without judgement. She took all my haircut notes and gave me the perfect trim. She’s the first person who I’ve told “please keep the length” and actually followed through! Her space is warm and calming. The scalp ritual was divine. She used a camera to show me my scalp & explained how to care after the session. She never pressured me to buy products, and afterwards sent me an email of all the products discussed. She even included some DIY recipes! As I left she gave me the cutest thank you set with samples of what she used on my scalp, a bath salt, & chocolate truffle. If you have an itchy or flaky scalp treat yourself to a session.
Brian has been doing our carpets ever since we moved in and he is outstanding does such a wonderful job. House smells so great afterwards and the carpets are just so clean thank you.

Dr. Claywell is very knowledgeable. I’ve had many problems with my back and hip for almost 40 years and now I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis making my pain worse. She always knows exactly where it hurts and gives my spine the appropriate adjustment along with exercises and instructions. She is always available when I need her.
I've been buying Merle Norman makeup since I was 16 years old when they were still at Alton square. Their granddaughter took it over moved to downtown Alton I patronized her until she closed. Now I go to Collinsville to buy my makeup. Merle Norman makeup is the only way to go for beautiful skin. This has been my go to spot have not bought makeup anywhere else in over 30 years the girls there are fabulous at what they do. I have see Dr. Dave for many years in the past. But i moved away over an hour and half away. So i have not see him in over the past 6yr. just recently started having neck and mid back pain. I went to a Chiropractor out by me but unfortunately he did not help me. I just saw Dr. Dave and I walk out of his office feel so much better.... so it was worth the drive and will be going back. Ray helped design our house to our specs and easily made building changes, as we wanted, during the building process. We looked at many builders and types of log homes. I have been seeing Dr Brueggeman for body stress and oh my goodness it has made such a big difference in the way I feel. She is so kind and very intelligent in her knowledge of chiro. I do take the myocalm to relax my muscles at night and it helps me to sleep better. The staff is so kind and helpful as well.
The establishment was clean and orderly. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me about what needs to be given to DCFS and how fingerprints will get to them. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been dealing with a defect in my low spine xince my 20's. I used excersize for years to help it. Worked unitil acouple years ago. She did a really thorough exam and seemed to understand what the issue was. 10 minutes of adjusting. When I got up this morning the pain has been reduced by 80%. I am a big fan as I have tried a few things and this worked the best by far!
Dr. Unfried at Unfried Chiropractic has been such a blessing to our family. After a car wreck, I was dealing with bad headaches, dizziness, and constant neck and back pain. The hospital and my primary doctor didn’t really offer much besides pain medication and physical therapy, and I felt discouraged and worried this would just be my new normal.

Dr. Thayer took the time and worked on the whole body not just my knees. Red light therapy is great for inflammation in the joints. He was able to get me walking again with minimal discomfort. I have been to several chiropractors and he is by far the best!!!
I came here to say 'thank you' to Carey Lizotte and ITA for a job well done. On the strength of a referral from another vendor we brought Carey/ITA in to handle our transition from a server-based to a cloud-based system for our office and he was fantastic from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and thorough. It took a few visits to the office, each spanning several hours, to complete this relatively complex job and it went very smoothly. There were a few small bumps during the transition as there always are, but in each instance Carey handled the problem quickly and professionally resulting in a positive outcome. Carey also returned to our office the following week to fix a completely unrelated issue with our WiFi that was affecting our new IP phone system. Carey is just a great guy and a real professional who made what could have been a hair-pulling experience into a smooth evolution. In a world were great service is getting hard to come by, I cannot recommend Carey and ITA highly enough. Thank you!
I highly recommend Dr. Clark because he is AMAZING ! I explained my problem and before I could finish my sentence he knew exactly what the problem was. He asked me to lay down on my stomach and he fixed my back in less than 2-minutes !! WOW !! He confidently explained the cause of my back spasm, how he fixed it, and what I should do when/if it happens again. I highly recommend Dr. Clark !!

I started going often for facials with Rylee and they’re wonderful, she’s so sweet and knowledgeable, the front desk is awesome and I’ve had a few massages here, all great. However, if you need a haircut, go elsewhere. I truly wish I had. I asked for length not to be cut, minimum 3 inches was taken off and my hair is a mess now. I have been in tears all day over it. 5 stars is for the other side, not the salon side. Just want to give a warning to those who think like I did and are like well I get everything else done here, why not my haircut… don’t do that.

I went with my daughters and 10 year old son. They did an excellent job! He got a kick out of his little pedicure ?. Our nails look great, everyone was very nice, it was very clean. If the nails hold up beyond a week (Tipsy next to Dierbergs doesn't.) We will definitely be back!!
