More than enough comfortable chairs in a spacious, bright waiting area. Conveniently located just off the highway and even has a restaurant on the other side of the parking lot.“

“After dealing with the rushed feeling of Christie Convenient Care for many years, I decided to give Carle Convenient Care a try today for my extremely sore throat and rash. Wow, what a difference! No one rushed me in and out, very short wait time, the young lady who checked me in and the APRN Jennifer who saw me were both kind, personable, and had an authentic conversation with me, were thorough, asked all the right questions, just treated me like a real person and gave me high quality care. I was in a difficult place and they really came through for me. Outstanding medicine!“
“Beautiful building with a great set of doctors covering multiple areas of medical care. Spacious, nicely designed building is wheelchair accessible and does have elevators. The clinic has a lab for blood work and plenty of seating. There is plenty of parking and ample handicap spaces. The location is easy to get to just off the hoghway and there is a restaurant next to the parking lot.“

“I visited twice within a few days when my original complaint escalated. Both times and with different practitioners I was seen in a timely manner, treated appropriately for the situation but also with warmth and kindness. I also appreciated their policy of waiting till a room was available so as not to have to wait in a room full of sick people before being seen.“

“I do physical therapy here with Marcus for my bursitis in my shoulder he is the best! it took 4 months and patience my shoulder was well enough for 5 months for me to complete a football season and a few weeks later when it was reaggravated as a result of the season I played they had me back in there within 2 days of me calling they genuinely care about you here 10/10 would recommend!“
