I came here with a fear of Pneumonia after being hospitalized critically with it in 2017. My doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one on their own. She clearly explained the importance of the tests she would do and the importance of following my medications. Turned out I had bronchitis pretty badly. Thank you Dr.Ross for an amazing experience and creating another safe place I felt I could go to.

Entry staff was amazing, nurse was amazing... The doctor not so much. Well, unless you like someone talking down to you and being arrogant...

My recent visit to OSF Prompt Care was EXCELLENT. From the time I signed in at kiosk to the time I actually saw medical team was less than 10 min. It's take me way longer to see my regular doctor. PA named Court was incredible. He asked questions, listened, read my pre-screen, wss kind, informative & knowledgeable. Although I looked ok, he did the right checks and turns out I had pneumonia with a declining oxygen level. He gave me an immediate treatment to get oxygen up and prescribed meds to get me well. Im grateful to God for the care center and for Court. They provide superb care with kindness and compassion. 5 star because that's the highest it goes.
