I don’t know if it’s because I got there early, or because of the process being more streamlined, and the test I needed being more advanced so the results are quicker, but I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that’s all anyone could ever hope for.
I came here with a fear of Pneumonia after being hospitalized critically with it in 2017. My doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one on their own. She clearly explained the importance of the tests she would do and the importance of following my medications. Turned out I had bronchitis pretty badly. Thank you Dr.Ross for an amazing experience and creating another safe place I felt I could go to.
Entry staff was amazing, nurse was amazing... The doctor not so much. Well, unless you like someone talking down to you and being arrogant...
