Physicians Immediate Care, also known as Physicians Urgent Care, is a dedicated healthcare provider offering affordable and convenient services in the Midwest. The clinic is very clean and organized. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, and professional, and the doctors are very attentive about concerns and health. The whole staff was great and the service was great from the minute patients get there. The whole process went very well with minimal wait time. Patients would definitely recommend this medical facility to family and friends.

They did a wonderful job we had Idajsha Mitchell who checked us in She was very amazing she helped out though the whole process she made my son feel comfortable and helped calm him down and the provider Anna ellerbroek she helped us figure out what was wrong and was able to get us medication to get him better thank you all for helping my son is feel so much better and I drove to this location instead of going to the closer location because they have done so much more then the other location my son even got to pick out a toy we definitely will be back for are next illness

I made an appointment for my daughter and it was a busy time but that was no worry for us. We were kept in the loop on time constraints. Once we were taken back the nurse was very kind and also updated us on time. We waited to be seen. Michelle Willis came in and was sincere about the wait and really took the time to listen to my daughter and give us the needed information to help her recover from her flu. Our patience served us right with a great team at this location.

From the time we walked in the receptionist was very polite. I didn’t feel very well at all and I was having a hard time. I will say that the nurse was wonderful. She showed compassion and I felt like I was being listened to and not rushed. The PA was very kind and knowledgeable and she made sure I had everything I needed before I left including answering all my questions. Everyone was very professional and when you are sick the last thing you need is to feel rushed or not treated well and everyone at PIC were wonderful! Whoot Whoot!!!!
