“Over the years, I have worked with Entre employees and have attended Entre events and only have great things to say about the support and sales folks there. There was a time when I had stopped recommending their service center though. Matt Coletta was the reason I stopped sending friends & family to Entre’s service center. I had recommended Entre to my wife’s boss and she took her laptop to Matt in the service center for repair. During that process she experienced Matt making racist comments while she was picking up her laptop. Embarrassing since I had made the recommendation. I also worked with Matt and he was definitely one of those guys who thought he had intelligent things to say about political and race matters when in actuality he had nothing smart to say at all. Kind of a trend at this point with this ex-employee. So now that he is gone, I can recommend Entre for your technology needs.“
