I have a seven year old Dell console desktop computer that was running so slow it was almost impossible to open files or access the internet. Spoke with Bruce on the phone and he suggested to start by replacing the hard drive. He ordered the drive and texted when it arrived. He replaced my old hard drive with a new SSD drive, transferred all my info and gave the computer a check over. I was able to pick it up the next day! My computer now operates like new and Bruce saved me from having to buy a new computer. I highly recommend Bruce over the large (and more expensive) computer repair companies. Bruce fixed a problem another computer repair business in Rockford messed up. He charged me a nominal fee and installed a version of MS Office at a very reasonable price. I can tell you there is one person in Rockford who has a high amount of reviews because he sat in front of me and wrote his own review. Bruce is honest, knowledgeable and fair. Go see him if you have a computer problem.

Went to see Bruce today and he solved my issues FAST!!!!! He is a great guy and highly recommend him, not to mention his ability to explain things in layman's terms and how inexpensive he is. Can't thank him enough!!!
