Over the years, I have worked with Entre employees and have attended Entre events and only have great things to say about the support and sales folks there. There was a time when I had stopped recommending their service center though. Matt Coletta was the reason I stopped sending friends & family to Entre’s service center. I had recommended Entre to my wife’s boss and she took her laptop to Matt in the service center for repair. During that process she experienced Matt making racist comments while she was picking up her laptop. Embarrassing since I had made the recommendation.
