She has helped me with my illness and has made my quality of life significantly better. Make no mistake, she is the best dermatologist I've worked with (most knowledgeable, most professional).HOWEVER ;The billing side, due to them being short-staffed, has been a terrible experience. Combined with the lack of staff to answer the phone. Had no patience to resolve billing error that occurred due to an ex-employee at the clinic's lack of competency.“
