“Dr. Coates is an amazing doctor - who unfortunately, is suffering, like many others, from being short staffed. She has helped me with my illness and has made my quality of life significantly better. Make no mistake, she is the best dermatologist I've worked with (most knowledgeable, most professional).HOWEVER ;The billing side, due to them being short-staffed, has been a terrible experience. Combined with the lack of staff to answer the phone. Had no patience to resolve billing error that occurred due to an ex-employee at the clinic's lack of competency.“

“I have been going to Dr Revis for several years for pre-cancerous moles on my back, neck and face. He thoroughly explains what is cosmetic and is my option to have removed. He never rushes. What I especially like is he is training the next generation of doctors by having students accompany him during visits. Two years ago I had a dime sized mole removed on my back that required 8 stitches. He had the confidence in his student to allow him to do the stitching and it healed rapidly and with a minimal scar afterward. I will only see him for future needs and highly recommend him. ?????“
