This is one of the worst Physician I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The only nice employee was the receptionist. If you want a dictator for healthcare she's your MD. No caring or compassion for humans. She's the boss and it's because she said so. Worst experience even. Rockford skin MD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO

Worst doctor i have ever been to. SHE ALMOST KILLED ME AND ALL SHE WORRIED ABOUT WAS SAVING HER BUT. doesn't even know how to remove non dissolving stitches. Four visits (120 days) and still have the cancer! Biggest scammer in the world cant doctor so might as well steal! Just so you know try calling they never answer its beyond there skills.

Went for an appointment on October 5th as a new patient transferring from elsewhere (insurance change) and they (Coates and secretary) were cackling and chatting up a friend, laughing about their billing mistakes and how they must have “accidentally” double charge her.Could not gather her attention for more than 5 minutes and needed a very timely refill on a biologics medication which has to be injected on an exact date every few months. After calling over 8-10 times weekly for weeks, it is now November 1st and they have yet to call back, yet to write the script when it was due over two weeks ago, they have yet to contact insurance for prior authorization, have yet...read full review
