“H&H Roofing just finished my roof in June and did a great job. Jim H came out and meet with my insurance inspector and went over the roof damage. Once everything was approved H&H got permits from village and worked with insurance company (AAA) to get everything paid for. “Matt and Keith at Abode did an excellent job working with our insurance company to get approval to replace our roof, siding and gutters after damage from a hail storm. They met the insurance adjuster/inspector to ensure the required repairs were covered. Their crews did quality work, our roof, siding and guttters look great. We chose a different color roof and it looks amazing. Their work crews left the area very clean when the job was completed.“

“What makes this company 5-star is their responsiveness. I ALWAYS got a response from John, Jon, or Brad when I reached out with a concern. While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. I don't feel it's enough to take off a full star on the review. “First off let me start out by saying the Savage roofing staff are the nicest and most easy to get along with. This is my third home and the biggest project I have ever done with any of my homes. I was very cautious and nervous about the project but Danny the owner worked with me every step of the way and made this project a breeze. Came out and looked at all my hail damage on the roof, siding and gutters. He stated that it would be a good idea to go with filing a claim with our insurance. I was very leery of this process but Danny put me at ease through the whole process. Then to top the phenomenal service that I already received with Danny the ladies in the office communicated every bit of information as it came along and updated the portal with everything. Vivi and Erika is who worked with the most. But shout out to Vivi for going the extra step everyday and communicating every piece of info needed along the timeline of this project. Vivi is top notch and is a great asset to the company. The crew for the onsite project was amazing. Very precise and perfection is definitely an understatement with Danny’s guys. They made sure everyday that they cleaned up and left our house the way they found it. I’m a very detailed person and walked the house everyday and his guys do amazing work. Heather Hermansen is an Experienced and Knowledgeable Sales Consultant! I was late for my appointment and to my surprise she waited for me! “As an employee for R.E. Duchene Construction, it is extremely concerning to read a review saying one of our employees stole from a customers home. I have been here for many years and I run the office, no such report was ever made by this person who wrote the review to myself or to the owners, nor law enforcement. We have never been notified of this alleged incident until accidently finding this review. This is a serious accusation and we do not take these matters lightly, we would never tolerate this behavior from an employee, and if this incident is unfounded we will look into handling this through proper channels and it be dealt with legally. I apologize for what happened to your family, that truly is terrible, but our company has never conducted themselves in such a way, nor would we allow it. This accusation is serious and could very much potentially tarnish our reputation with this slanderous accusation. We will be looking into this matter in depth, and we hope this has not affected our reputation in the community we work so hard to be close to and help out.
