Once everything was approved H&H got permits from village and worked with insurance company (AAA) to get everything paid for. While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did.
