Would give more than 5 starts if I could - Jacob and his team were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process , his knowledge and expertise in his field was evident. He always had my best interest in mind, while intuitively knowing how to deal with all of those involved in a professional manner, ensuring everyone was satisfied with how things were going at all times. He always kept in contact with any updates and was available (even out of regular business hours!) to answer any questions I had and to ensure my concerns were addressed.
