Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners. Lori helped me by drawing up the specs on her computer and showing me what the cabinet will look like since I added drawers. I picked my sink and drawer pulls there. She suggested a place in Wauconda for my quartz top. It was a remnant so I saved money.I am working with them again for my upstairs bathroom!“

When he came out he was very kind, honest, and caring which is very hard to find in a contractor now a days. He walked me through on what options we have for the design, and he took his time, and explained it very thoroughly.
