“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

“Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

“I had another plumber out for a clogged main and he was gracious enough to tell me he didn’t have the right equipment and suggested I call Gatlin, because he was certain they would be able to do it if anyone could. Not only did they get the clog fixed in a very timely and professional manner (they were here about an hour after I called and I live 40 mins from their shop), but Eddie was about as good a guy as you’re gonna find and super knowledgeable about what he was doing as well. My first and only call for future plumbing needs will absolutely be Gatlin! How cool is that? Them being in business for that long tells you they’re doing something right. I called Salyer plumbing early this year as my water main broke. They came out that day to do an assessment. The person that came out was friendly, courteous, and empathetic. He told me to expect a call later that day, which I did. The owner called me and explained everything and sent over quotes. She was very understanding and answered every question I had. “Had our basement flood from a broken ejector pump. Nat Cat was assigned to us from our insurance. I couldn’t be happier. They redid the whole basement flooring and all the walls in around 2 weeks. July 4th was in there so it could have been even faster!!! their work is the fastest and best around. Even my contractor friends were impressed. Everyone is courteous and polite and they clean up multiple steps along the way. John didn’t make you feel like a customer he had you feel like you hired your buddy to do the remodel. Everything looks seamless and streamline. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My only regret is I didn’t call them as soon as the basement flooded so they could do the mitigation.
