Coach Lana is outstanding! I live near kildeer but I prefer to go to Lake Zurich OTF because of Coach Lana. She has a great personality and can connect with anyone before, during and after class. She genuinely cares about people and wants the best for them. She will check in on you to make sure you're doing ok throughout the class. Her positive attitude and smile are an asset to OTF. Thank you coach Lana!!

Great gym! Welcoming environment, always clean and fairly priced. Dimitri is a very knowledgeable and dedicated personal trainer. Couldn't be happier with my decision to join here.

Both the coaches and the ladies at the front desk are very kind, thoughtful, and well organized. Everyone in the classes have good vibes. Very healthy gym culture here! I’m glad I started going :)
